The 德州扑克游戏 CoolCare+ Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by MD (Singapore) Consumer Product Co Pte Ltd (Company Registration No.: 201906062M) (“德州扑克游戏”). By participating, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility
(a) This Promotion applies?only?to purchases of the following 德州扑克游戏 Multi Split Series models:
MKC-2M15E / MKC-3M22E / MKC-4M27E
MCE-2M16E / MCE-4M28E
MAE-2M18E / MAE-3M25E / MAE-4M30E / M5OA-40CRFN8E
MAE-3M21D / MAE-4M28D
(b) The product must be purchased from an authorized 德州扑克游戏 dealer in Singapore between?1st April 2025 and 30th June 2025, installed by?31st July 2025, and registered online by?15th August 2025.
2. Warranty Registration
(a) To qualify for the extended warranty, the product?must be registered online?via 德州扑克游戏’s official Product Registration with:
A valid proof of purchase (original tax invoice/order confirmation showing purchase date, model, and price).
The product’s serial number (cut-out from the carton box or photo of the serial number on the installed unit).
(b) Incomplete, fraudulent, or late submissions will be rejected at 德州扑克游戏’s sole discretion.
3. Warranty Details
(a)?Standard Warranty Coverage:
Full unit warranty: 2 years (extended to?4 years?upon registration).
Compressor warranty: 6 years (extended to?8 years?for compressor only; excludes labor and transportation costs).
(b) The extended warranty applies only to defects arising under normal usage. Misuse, tampering, or unauthorized repairs void the warranty.
4. Promotion Deadlines
All deadlines are final:
Purchase period:?1 April – 30 June 2025
Installation deadline:?31 July 2025
Warranty registration deadline:?15 August 2025
No extensions will be granted.
5. General Terms
(a) 德州扑克游戏 reserves the right to:
Disqualify participants suspected of fraud, abuse, or tampering with the Promotion.
Reject registrations with insufficient/inaccurate documentation.
Modify these Terms & Conditions, promotion mechanics, or warranty terms at any time without prior notice.
(b) By participating, you consent to 德州扑克游戏’s use of your personal data for administering the Promotion and warranty services.
(c) 德州扑克游戏’s decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion, including eligibility and warranty claims, are?final and binding.
(d) 德州扑克游戏 excludes liability for:
Loss/damage due to late/missed registration, incomplete submissions, or misuse of the product.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Promotion or warranty.
(e) These Terms & Conditions are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
德州扑克游戏 reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion at its sole discretion. Artwork and specifications are for illustration only; actual products may vary.
