7. Participation Mechanism:
o Post-purchase, participants must visit the official promotion website at /gulf/midea-mega-drive.
o Participants must accurately complete the entry form with their personal details and upload a clear copy of their purchase invoice of qualifying products to be eligible for entry into the lucky draw.
o Winners must collect their prize within three months from the draw date. Failure to do so will result in the prize being irrevocably forfeited. Any unclaimed prizes will not be added to future draws.
8. Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts
